Data Deletion

You can remove your data from MyClippingViews at any time. There are two options, depending on whether you want to disconnect a single platform account or delete your whole account.
1. Disconnect a single platform account
In the app, open the connected account and choose to disconnect it. The read-only OAuth tokens for that account are deleted immediately, and we stop refreshing its statistics. This is the fastest way to stop MyClippingViews from accessing one platform account.
2. Delete your entire account and all data
To request full deletion of your account and all associated data:
- Send an email to contact@myclippingviews.com.
- Use the subject line "Data deletion request".
- Send it from the email address of your account, so we can verify the request.
We process deletion requests within 30 days and send a confirmation email once your data has been erased.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account email
- All stored OAuth tokens
- All connected platform accounts
- All imported clips and their video metadata
- All collected statistics
- All computed earnings and campaign data linked to your account
3. Revoke access on the platform side
Independently of the steps above, you can also revoke MyClippingViews' access directly from each platform:
- YouTube / Google — https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
- TikTok — in the TikTok app: Settings and privacy → Security (and login) → Apps and services
- Instagram / Meta — in your Instagram or Facebook settings: Settings → Apps and websites
