Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyClippingViews mobile app and website (the "Service"), operated by PROQUIES, a company registered in France (SIREN 911 316 560) ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MyClippingViews lets content clippers connect their TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts in read-only mode, automatically imports the short videos on those accounts, keeps their public statistics up to date, and computes estimated earnings based on the payout grid defined for each campaign. Managers can review campaigns and export the numbers as CSV.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

3. Connected accounts

You may only connect platform accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. You must comply with the terms of service and policies of each platform (TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube) whose account you connect. You can disconnect an account at any time, which immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that account.

4. Views and earnings are informational

The view counts and earnings figures shown in the Service are informational estimates, provided for convenience. They may differ from platform figures or from amounts ultimately agreed between parties.

MyClippingViews is not a payment service. Any payment between a clipper and a manager takes place entirely outside the Service. We do not process, hold, transfer or guarantee any payment, and we are not a party to any agreement between clippers and managers.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content and statistics belonging to the connected platforms remain the property of their respective owners and platforms.

6. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the figures it displays are accurate or complete. Availability may depend on third-party platform APIs that are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you by appropriate means (for example, in the app). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
